Our supervisors are experienced welding instructors. Verification of competence is carried out by our IWS-certified welding manager who has also completed the Swedish Welding Commission's training "Authorization for supervision of welder testing".

Examples of assignments are:

• Employers who want to validate the knowledge of their newly hired welders and perform "Site tests" on hired staff before larger assignments

• Employers who want a certificate of welding knowledge from their property manager or maintenance technician

• Basic welding training for high school students at the Industrial Program

• Further training for service technicians who already know how to weld but need to learn an additional welding method
